State Specific Fluorescent Reporters
Generated multiple cell lines with individual states tagged with different fluorescense to visualize state plasticity in a GBM context

Spatial ATAC seq
We performed on-slide spatial ATAC-seq using AtlasXomics kits, which apply microfluidic channels to deliver unique DNA barcodes to defined regions of a tissue section. These spatial barcodes allow chromatin accessibility profiles generated by ATAC-seq to be mapped back to their original locations within the tissue.

H&E staining on GBM tissue
this H&E exemplifies the abborant growth properties of GBMs and other tumors, shown by the increased cell number within tumor regions

Lab Ice Cream Run!
Every now and then, you have to take a second away from the science and spend time with the people you interact with most during your career. Bon appetit

Rolling Circle Amplification (RCA)
Rolling circle amplification (RCA) generates localized DNA nanoballs, or rolonies, by repeatedly copying a circular DNA template that has been immobilized on tissue slides. Fluorescently labeled nucleotides are then incorporated one base at a time, allowing the underlying barcode sequence to be visualized through sequential fluorescence imaging.
